REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

We’re confident you’ll love ZALTY. But if something’s off, we’re here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of food supplements and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • In their original, sealed packaging

  • Unused and undamaged

  • Purchased directly from our site – www.zalty.eu

To initiate a return, email us at support@zalty.eu with your order number.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • There was a fulfillment mistake on our end

We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Refunds (if eligible)

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email. If approved, your refund will be issued within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Opened or tampered items will not be refunded

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or partially used sachets or boxes

  • Subscription orders that have already shipped (see our Subscription Policy)

  • Promotional items or sale bundles

  • Products not purchased through our website

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your product arrived damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A photo of the item(s)

  • Your order number
