Subscription Policy – ZALTY “Subscribe & Save”

The “Subscribe & Save” program is designed to keep your hydration on autopilot – no gaps, no cramps, no nonsense.

 

 How It Works

When you select the Subscribe & Save option:

  • You receive a fresh box of ZALTY every 30 days

  • You get an automatic 15% discount on every delivery

  • You can pause, cancel, or edit your subscription at any time from your account

 

Delivery Frequency

By default, subscription orders are shipped every 30 days.
Want to change that? Just email us – we’re flexible like that.

 

Managing Your Subscription

From your account at zalty.eu/my-account, you can:

  • Pause or skip your next delivery

  • Change your delivery address

  • Update your payment method

  • Cancel your subscription anytime

*Please make any changes at least 72 hours before your next scheduled renewal.

Shipping & Payment

  • Orders are shipped via our partner courier service, usually within 1–2 business days

  • Payment is processed automatically using your saved method before each shipment

❌ Cancellations & Refunds

  • Once shipped, subscription orders are non-refundable (unless there’s a shipping error or product issue — see Refund Policy)

  • You can cancel future shipments anytime from your account — no fees, no contracts
