Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Free Shipping
We currently offer free shipping on orders over 100 BGN in Bulgaria.
For international orders, free shipping thresholds will be introduced as we grow.

All rates are calculated live at checkout.
Shipping providers include DPD, GLS, InPost, CTT Express, and others depending on region.
Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
During sales or holidays, processing may be delayed slightly due to high demand.
